They are the reason I look forward to Monday! OK, well, maybe not all of us look forward to Mondays (we’re only human after all). But while most people are familiar with the saying “TGIF,” I'm always happy to see Monday and a new week of possibilities and my class filled with people who are ready and willing to turn up the tunes and get thier sweat on! ~ Shannon Berikoff

I have been a member for many years and there's nothing more fulfilling than being strong and healthy!  Shannon has been a huge motivator in my fitness journey. Spin is the healthiest addiction I could ever have! After my first week of Spin, I knew I was hooked! Everyday I have achieved success; relief from lower back pain, toned and not to mention buns of steel! I will stay dedicated to this lifestyle. It is not only Spin that is addicting, Shannon is what makes the difference. She is very motivational and enthusiastic, which makes the class that much more enjoyable. I have been attending Shannon's fitness classes now for 5 years. One thing I have learned about spinning is it it always a challenge. Spin is the type of workout where you get out of it what you put into it. Shannon always gives you that extra push to motivate you past your comfort zone. Even though the classes are 45minutes long, they fly by before you know it. Your dripping in sweat and your legs feel like jello. Definitely a must try. I have been spinning with Shannon for many miles, too many to count, but as the miles tacked on I became a complete addict.  Now when I hear music on the radio I'm analyzing its beat to see if it could be a spin track, is it heavy?  A sprint?  At the end of the day Shannon pulls it all together in a very personal way.  When she commands our class to give it their all, you feel like she is speaking directly to you.  She knows her clients limits and always tries to push everyone to their absolute best.  Ladies, there is no one that will inspire and kick your butt more!
