Studies have also found that indoor cycling can help shed unwanted pounds and potentially ward off migraines, while keeping impact on the joints to a minimum. Now that’s a winning combo!

           Group Ride

 

More intense than a stationary bike, indoor cycling keeps you moving! Expect to sit tight for a 45 minute minute session, which can burn up to 600 calories!! The intensity varies throughout the class, thanks to changing up body position, pedal speed, and resistance. And get ready to listen up: The instructor will shout out instructions to imitate a real ride of climbs, sprints, and coasts.

          Push 30

Short on time doesn't mean short on results. Saddle up for an efficient high intensity interval training (HIIT) cycling experience that strengthens your legs, improves heart and lung function, and increases your determination to be fit for life. 30 minutes is all you need!

 

 

           Spin Sculpt

 

This 60 minute class with intervals on and off the bike will incorporate the use of light equipment with compound movements to sculpt and tone your whole body!  Spin®Sculpt hour where participants burn it up on the bike one minute, then hit the floor to pump it up the next. Sweat and muscles......what could be better? Equipment  - TRX - KAMAGON - DECKS - Dumb Bells

Spin Core

Double Whammy the intense 30 minute Push workout followed by 15 minutes blasting your Core......Feel the burn!

           Spin Attack

 

This class takes Group Ride to the next level with an additionl 15 minuets to push though even more climbs, sprints and coasts! Expect to sweat!
